This website is operated by Vantarel LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information here is not an offer

The equipment categories and capabilities described on this site are provided for information. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer to sell, a warranty of availability, or a guarantee of price or lead time.

A binding arrangement arises only from a Proforma Invoice issued by Vantarel and confirmed by you in writing. The terms of that document govern the order, and take precedence over anything published on this website.

Enquiries you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications you submit. Equipment is supplied against the specification provided, so an incorrect pressure rating, bore size, material class, or standard in your enquiry will carry through to the quotation.

Do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form beyond what is needed to quote your requirement.

Payment instructions and fraud

Vantarel will never send you changed bank details by email. Payment instructions appear only on a Proforma Invoice issued by us, and they do not change mid-order. If you receive an email claiming our account has changed, telephone us before sending anything.

Payment is by bank transfer or documentary letter of credit against a Proforma Invoice issued by Vantarel. We do not accept card payments, and we do not request payment to an account in a name other than Vantarel LLC. Any communication that departs from this should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us before you act on it.

Export control and compliance

All supply is subject to United States export control law. Orders are screened, and we may decline or discontinue any enquiry or order where supply would not be permitted, or where a party cannot be satisfactorily screened.

Import permits, duties, and clearance obligations in the destination country remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party names

Any manufacturer or product names that appear in correspondence are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them describes the equipment concerned and does not imply that Vantarel is an authorised distributor of, or affiliated with, that manufacturer.

Our content

The text, drawings, and design of this website belong to Vantarel LLC. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantarel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
