Who we are

Vantarel LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, located in Aldie, Virginia, USA. For any question about this policy or your data, contact aa@vantarel.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, the destination country, the equipment category, your specifications, and an optional timeline.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information with each submission — your IP address, browser user agent, and the country your request came from. We use this only to prevent automated abuse of the form.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not build behavioural profiles. Our website analytics are aggregate and cookieless.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a Proforma Invoice, and conduct the resulting business correspondence. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

Your submission is stored with our hosting provider and delivered to us by an email delivery service. Both act as processors on our instructions and are located in the United States. Where an order proceeds, the details necessary to fulfil it may be shared with manufacturers, freight forwarders, and carriers involved in that specific order.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained as business records for as long as we may reasonably need them for commercial, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aa@vantarel.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are in Nigeria, these rights are recognised under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, they are recognised under the UK GDPR and GDPR respectively.

Security

This site is served only over HTTPS. Submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to Vantarel personnel who need it to do their work. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
